I enjoy the expediency of using Open Table. I enjoy reading the reviews and being able to see the menus and maps. Earning the points is a bonus.

If you ever eat at restaurants you should have this app. Yes, that means everyone should have it! So easy to book and change reservations, make requests, and see reviews of restaurants. Makes booking date night simple!

I have so many issues with the new update. It is hard to find restaurants even when I when I know the name and location of the restaurant. Didnt you try this before and it failed miserably. Please go back to the easier version.

This app needs improvements and is clunky. Too many steps to change city or location. The maps are poor - far short of Google in functionality eg if I want a resto near the American Airlines Theater, why cant the app cope? Filtering is not intuitive - the older system on the web was better. Finally, like all NY people I want the Dept of Health hygiene rating for each place. The lack of this shows the real loyalty of the developers.

OpenTable is reliable and easy to use. I wish every restaurant were on it. Yelps reservation service seems promising but is currently not as good as OpenTable.

Who wants an app that cant even get my location correct. Wrong state Cant get to main menu Stuck on make a reservation in state I dont live in Deleting

Great app easy to use good for finding new places to eat. I love the points feature thats a huge incentive to make reservations and keep them.

The app is intuitive once you get the search setup. I wish it just let me type in the name of the restaurant first instead of having to poke around. It should let you choose your current city and past 5 cities in one click. then show suggestions.

I use this app all the time, no matter what city I am in. Comes in very handy for finding places to eat and makes making reservations very easy.

This is a great way to book reservations so easily especially when you have a big group. The only drawback is they keep asking for a review on my favorite restaurants. Wish there was a shorter way to review or I would be willing to let people know how often Ive been there. I continue to rely on this app. It is so much easier than guessing and trying different restaurants and standing in lines.

There are so many restaurants in my area but this app gave me only 3 choices. The other restaurants it offered where over an hours drive away. :(

Love this app! I travel frequently and count on Yelp and Open Table to help me find and secure experiences at the best eateries in every city. Its so easy to secure reservations and appreciate the recommendations provided when my first choice isnt available!

This is a great app for getting reservations and finding places to go. Even when its not busy at the restaurant it is nice to get seated first and earn points. Use it when you travel to find new places and great food!
