Easy to use. Great app
Easy to use. Great app
Open Table makes it easy to make reservations, change reservations, and share reservation information with others. The only limitation is on larger parties, sometimes it will show no availability, but when you call the restaurant directly they can sometimes accommodate you. Open Table seems to work best for parties if six or fewer, and does so quickly, easily, and reliably.
Whenever we are looking to dine, either one hour or one week before, I use Open Table. The information is usually dead-on correct and there have been few problems with the reservation upon arrival. Obtaining and using reward points is clumsy, which is the reason for the less than perfect rating. Now I getting really ticked with Open Table as it never remembers my password. It used to be first choice but I have found that calling a restaurant for a reservation when Open Table says nothing is available is Not true about 50% of the time. I also am forced to reset my password every 4 months. The rewards program is terrible as the cooperating restaurants are bottom tier and not places we would choose to patronize.
Easy way to find great restaurants nearby
I travel all over the US. It never steers me wrong on the road. And makes me aware of great spots locally. This is one app I constantly use. The best part is locking in the reservation.
Simply put - a must have app!
This app works well. However the online site is seamless. The app has some bugs -- after you reserve it doesnt always bring up the invite friends screen. It also doesnt always bring up the add to calendar screen etc. but you can make a reservation.
This app is a must have for travelers, locals, foodies, or those of us who want to mix it up.
Love this app. Easy to use and convenient.
This app is the best way to make reservations at restaurants. You earn points with every reservation and then you can cash in the points. No gimmicks no strings attached. Plenty of restaurants in the app and many are added daily. Works all over the USA.
Wonderful app. This is the kind of thing that smart phones were made for.
So easy and never fails to get me reservations wherever I am. Thank you
I wrote a bad review of Coi in San Francisco because that was the worst Michelin star restaurant Ive ever been to. Got sick after eating their paltry portions. And OpenTable never published it. Which means they dont actually put up real reviews, but only good/average ones so they get more reservations. Dont trust these guys ever.
The best. Just get it.
Great app, saves my life about once a week. I couldnt get along without it. My only gripe is navigation--its not as easy as it used to be. Sometimes its stupidly difficult if youre going between faves and non-faves. It also comes up every time with lunch or dinner for two , and pulls up a gazillion restaurants, before youve had a chance to input what you really want. Without the navigation difficulties it would be 5 stars.
This app makes it so easy to plan dining out! Reviews are informative, making and canceling reservations is easy, and occasionally we cash in our "points" for a special meal. Especially grateful for the wide geographical range and participation by highly-rated restaurants.
I have been an Open Table user since it was first available. It is the app that has had the biggest impact on my day-to-day life. It is simple to use. It always works. It allows for great spontinaity wherever I am or go; with clients, friends and family. It also gets you into restaurants, with enough planning, that were impossible before. It turns a night staying in a new place into a party. The posted reviews are usually spot on. Life without would not be as much fun, or nearly as tasty!
Love Open Table. Love the ap. Never any problems.
I travel between two homes and this always makes finding a reservation between the two, and in between so easy.
I use this app a few times a year. It is great for date nights. Just realized that all my points from previous reservations are gone and ALL POINTS expire in 12 months.
